Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Unlike therapy (which heals past wounds) or consulting (where I give you the answers), coaching partners with you to unlock your own solutions, clarify goals, and create accountable action steps. If deeper emotional issues arise, I'll refer you to a trusted therapist.

Coaching works best when you: feel stuck but motivated to change, are open to honest self-reflection, and are ready to take action between sessions. If you're thinking 'something needs to shifts then that's often the perfect time to start.

Most clients experience clarity on their #1 priority within 2-3 sessions. Tangible results, such as a promotion, improved team dynamics, or a new business strategy, typically emerge within 3-6 months. We'll define your personal success metrics together in our first session.

My 1:1 coaching packages start at $X/month. Many clients invest because the return, whether a salary increase, business growth, or reduced burnout, far outweighs the cost. I offer payment plans and can provide invoices for employer professional development budgets.

Sessions are 45-60 minutes, held via video. You set the agenda. I'll ask powerful questions to uncover blind spots, help you design action steps, and hold you accountable. You'll leave each call with clarity and a simple plan. Between sessions, you'll have email support and access to my resource library.

That's actually the most common starting point. Our first session is a 'Clarity Call' where we'll explore what's feeling off, what you value most, and where you'd like to be in 6 months. You don't need to have it all figured out and that's what we're here to do together.
-
We set 1-3 measurable goals in Session 1 like 'lead team meetings with confidence' or 'launch my side business.' We'll review progress monthly using simple check-ins, and I use tools like 360-feedback or OKRs for executive clients. If we're not moving the needle, we adjust.

Coaching is designed to save you time long-term. Most clients spend 30-60 minutes/week on reflection or small actions. The work compounds: better decisions, clearer priorities, and less second-guessing mean you actually reclaim hours each week.

Coaching requires partnership. I commit to showing up fully, challenging you with care, and adjusting our approach if needed. If after 3 sessions you don't feel it's the right fit, I offer a referral or credit toward another service. My goal isn't to keep you coaching forever, it's to equip you to thrive on your own.
